CO-FOUNDER

Oct 2021 - Present

Rijbewijskeuring Holland provides mandatory physical examinations that are required to keep or maintain the Dutch driver’s license. Under my management, we have grown from one doctor providing 20 examinations a month at home, to an organization with over 20 locations nation wide, examining over a 1000 clients a month. My core responsibilities include marketing, growth and IT. By automating and outsourcing my responsibilities I have cleared my schedule completely. And I am therefore available full time.

PROJECT MANAGER

Jun 2019 - Mar 2021

As a project manager I was responsible for multiple major investment projects. The most important project I led was the concept study of a CAPEX project (€ 200 milion) to reduce Nitrogen (NOx) emissions at a factory. Currently Tata Steel is continuing this project to meet the emission standards. See Tata Steel (Dutch only) for more information.

PROCESS ENGINEER

Okt 2016 - Jun 2019

As a process engineer I worked on multiple major investment projects. My main tasks included determining functional specifications, developing and challenging business cases, reviewing engineering documents and specifying engineering packages. Furthermore I have spearheaded a Six Sigma Green Belt project aimed at reducing material loss at a plant through data-driven changes in error handling.
